OFFICIAL RULES OF THE CAMPAIGN
“20% Discount on full-price Cupio, Muah, Ribells and Pinx products using the code INSOMNIA”
SECTION 1. ORGANIZER OF THE PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN
1.1. The organizer of the promotional campaign “20% Discount on full-price Cupio, Muah and Pinx products using the code INSOMNIA” (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotional Campaign”) is RAZADI S.R.L., headquartered in Timișoara, Str. Felix, no. 25, Timiș County, with the place of business at Cupio – Central Warehouse, CTPark, building TIM4, unit F, Calea Lugojului, no. 148, Ghiroda, postal code 307200, Timiș County, registered with the Trade Registry under no. J2006003001354, tax ID RO19051501.
1.2. The campaign will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of these official rules (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”), which are binding for all participants. By participating in this Promotional Campaign, participants agree to comply with all the provisions, terms, and conditions of these Rules and applicable legislation.
1.3. The organizer reserves the right to amend and/or supplement these Rules, as well as the right to suspend and/or terminate and/or interrupt the campaign, provided that participants are informed in advance of any change to any of its provisions.
SECTION 2. LEGAL BASIS. NAME, DURATION, AND SCOPE OF THE CAMPAIGN
2.1. These Rules, as well as any information related to the “20% Discount on full-price Cupio, Muah, Ribells and Pinx products using the code INSOMNIA” campaign, may be obtained free of charge by any requester by calling 0372.917.306 or via email at [email protected].
2.2. The campaign is titled “20% Discount on full-price Cupio, Muah, Ribells and Pinx products using the code INSOMNIA.”
2.3. The campaign is conducted on the e-commerce platform www.cupiocosmetics.com, starting at 8:00 PM on December 5, 2025, and ending at 10:00 AM on December 6, 2025.
2.4. After the end date of the Promotional Campaign, the Organizer shall have no further responsibility and shall not assume any obligation regarding any circumstances that might imply the continuation of the Campaign.
2.5. The Organizer reserves the right to extend/modify the duration of the Campaign during its course, but only after publicly announcing such changes.
SECTION 3. OBJECT OF THE PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN
3.1. The object of the Promotional Campaign consists of full-price Cupio, Muah, Ribells, and Pinx products sold on the e-commerce platform www.cupiocosmetics.com, starting at 8:00 PM on December 5, 2025, and ending at 10:00 AM on December 6, 2025.
SECTION 4. MECHANISMS OF THE PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN
4.1. All participants in the Campaign who use the code "INSOMNIA" at checkout will receive a 20% discount from the full price of products from the Cupio, Muah, Ribells, and Pinx brands.
4.2. The promotional code "INSOMNIA" must be entered in the shopping cart, in the section “Do you have a voucher? Add it here.” on the website www.cupiocosmetics.com. The discount will be applied automatically to the order total after the code is entered.
4.3. The campaign includes all full-price Cupio, Muah, Ribells, and Pinx products.
4.4. The campaign is valid only while stocks last. Products that are out of stock at the time of order fulfillment will be automatically removed from the order without prior notice to the participants.
4.5. A person may purchase multiple products included in this promotion, provided the products meet the conditions set out in these Rules.
4.6. Shipping costs are not included in the campaign and are calculated automatically based on the order value, as detailed in the “Payment and Delivery” section on the website (https://www.cupiocosmetics.com/payment-and-delivery).
4.7. The order processing time may take up to 2 working days from the date the order is placed. Participants will receive the ordered products within up to 3 working days from the date the selected courier picks up the parcel, regardless of the chosen delivery method.
4.8. The processing and delivery time may be exceeded due to reasons beyond the organizer’s control. In such cases, the organizer cannot be held responsible for any delays, and the customer understands and accepts that unforeseen circumstances may affect the initially estimated delivery time.
4.9. The promotional campaign cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, discounts, vouchers, bonus points, loyalty cards, etc. Additionally, orders cannot be combined; each placed order is treated individually. It is not permitted to place multiple orders and later request that they be merged.
4.10. The monetary equivalent of the discount is not granted.
4.11. If the customer chooses to exchange a product purchased during the Campaign, the replacement product will no longer benefit from the promotional offer, unless it is also part of a separate campaign or special offer. For clarity, the replacement product will be charged at the price valid on the date of the exchange.
SECTION 5. ORGANIZER’S LIABILITY
5.1. The Organizer shall not be held liable for the participants’ inability to receive the products included in the Campaign due to reasons beyond the Organizer’s control.
5.2. The Organizer is released from any liability for any damages suffered by participants and/or their legal representatives in connection with the purchased products.
5.3. The Organizer cannot be held responsible in cases of force majeure or causes beyond its control, should there be changes to the dates or should this campaign be modified or canceled.
5.4. If, for any reason, the Campaign cannot take place as planned due to causes beyond the Organizer’s control, fraud, technical problems, or any other causes which, in the Organizer’s opinion, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Campaign, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Campaign. If the Campaign is terminated due to force majeure, fraud, or technical difficulties before the end of the Campaign Period, an official announcement will be made at the Campaign location.
5.5. Unjustified claims and complaints proven to be unfounded and abusive shall constitute grounds for the Organizer to claim damages.
5.6. By placing an order, participants declare that they have read and agree to the terms outlined in these campaign rules.
5.7. Any disputes arising between the Organizer and the Participants regarding any aspect of the Campaign shall be resolved amicably. If an amicable resolution is not possible, the disputes shall be settled by the competent Romanian courts in Timișoara.
SECTION 6. TERMINATION, SUSPENSION, INTERRUPTION OF THE PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN
6.1. The promotional campaign may end before the scheduled period if the stock of products included in the campaign is depleted.
6.2. The Organizer reserves the right to suspend or terminate the promotional discount campaign at any time, with prior notice to the public, in the following situations:
a.) in the event of force majeure, in accordance with applicable legislation;
b.) in case of detection of electronic fraud, hacking, or deceptive practices;
c.) if, for technical or legal reasons, the proper conduct of the Promotional Campaign can no longer be ensured.
6.3. By notifying the public of such a decision, the promotional campaign shall rightfully end or be suspended, and no interested party may request its continuation or any form of compensation.
6.4. The termination or suspension of the promotional campaign for the reasons mentioned above results in the cessation of all obligations of the Organizer toward the participants.
6.5. The Organizer is entitled to take all necessary measures in case of attempted fraud, abuse, or any other actions that could affect the campaign’s image or the costs involved in organizing and running it, including modifying the campaign procedure.
SECTION 7. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
7.1. By participating in this campaign, each Participant gives their express and unequivocal consent regarding: the collection and processing by the Organizer of information such as the email address used by participants to validate the placed order, as well as any other data provided for this purpose. Participants also agree to provide data including, but not limited to: full name, home address, phone number, email address, etc., and to the transmission of such data to the Organizer for the purpose of delivering the products ordered and included in the campaign governed by these Rules.
7.2. The Organizer shall maintain the confidentiality of Participants’ personal data and shall use it solely for the purposes established by these Rules.
7.3. Participants have the right to refuse, at any time, free of charge and without any justification, the processing of the personal data they have provided in connection with their participation in the campaign for direct marketing purposes or its disclosure to third parties for such purposes. Participants also have the right to object to the processing of their personal data at any time, for legitimate reasons related to their particular situation, by sending an email to: [email protected].
7.4. Participants have the right to be informed, the right of access to their data, the right to object, the right to rectify or intervene on the data, the right not to be subject to an individual decision, as well as the right to address the courts of law.
SECTION 8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
8.1. The use of the website www.cupiocosmetics.com is at your own risk. This website is provided “as is,” without representations or warranties (such as availability, accuracy, or completeness). RAZADI S.R.L. disclaims all liability for any and all of the above.
8.2. You are solely responsible for obtaining, configuring, and maintaining any hardware, software, telephone services, and any other equipment or services required to use this website.
8.3. By accessing the website, you agree to this Limitation of Liability. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions in this section, please stop using the website.
8.4. The internet is not a secure environment, and interruptions, access failures, or breaches of information security and confidentiality (whether accidental or intentional) may occur beyond our control. Therefore, the use of this website may be affected by various factors outside the control of RAZADI S.R.L.
8.5. RAZADI S.R.L. shall not be liable to you or to any third parties for any damages suffered as a result of the aforementioned events, or for any other damages resulting from operational failures, changes, or withdrawal of the website. As such, the website content is made available without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to the accuracy, timeliness, and/or completeness of the information provided.
8.6. Without limiting the generality of the above and in accordance with applicable law, RAZADI S.R.L. makes no representations or warranties that:
The website will be compatible with your computer, devices, or associated software;
The information contained on or related to this website will be accurate and complete;
Certain results can be obtained through the use of the website;
The use of the website or downloading of any content will not result in viruses or any other destructive or disruptive components.
8.7. RAZADI S.R.L. shall not be liable to you or to any third parties for any direct or indirect damages or any other types of harm arising in connection with the use of this website, any content on the website, or accessed through it.
8.8. The Organizer shall not be held responsible for any technical errors that may occur on the www.cupiocosmetics.com platform during the campaign period, namely December 5-6, 2025. The participating customer understands and accepts that such technical errors may occur due to causes beyond the control of the Organizer, and no compensation or remedy shall be offered as a result of such interruptions or errors.
8.9. Your acknowledgment and acceptance of the terms and conditions in this document constitute a fair allocation of assumed risks and liability.
8.10. Linking to the website without the express written permission of RAZADI S.R.L. is prohibited. Framing, mirroring, scraping, or altering the website’s data or content in any form or by any means is strictly forbidden.
SECTION 9. FORCE MAJEURE
9.1. Force majeure refers to any event that cannot be controlled, remedied, or foreseen, independent of the Organizer’s will, and whose occurrence makes it impossible for the Organizer to fulfill the obligations undertaken by these rules. The Organizer shall be released from any liability if the conduct of the campaign is hindered or delayed due to a force majeure event or if, as a result of such an event, the Organizer is prevented from fulfilling any of its obligations under these Rules. If invoking force majeure, the Organizer is required to notify the Campaign participants of its occurrence within 5 (five) working days from the date the force majeure event arises.
SECTION 10. DISPUTES AND FRAUD
10.1. Any complaints related to the conduct of the Campaign must be submitted in writing and sent to the Organizer’s headquarters by registered mail with return receipt, marked “Promotional Campaign,” within a maximum of 2 (two) days from the occurrence of the reported incident. If this deadline is exceeded, the Organizer shall no longer take into consideration any complaints related to the Campaign. Complaints submitted by phone or received late will not be processed.
10.2. Any disputes between the Organizer and the participants will be resolved amicably. When this is not possible, the parties may address the competent courts at the Organizer’s registered office.
SECTION 11. FINAL PROVISIONS
11.1. The applicable law is Romanian law.
11.2. The provisions of these Rules are supplemented by the terms and conditions available on the platform www.cupiocosmetics.com, which can be found in the “Terms and Conditions” section.
11.3. The Organizer is entitled to take all necessary measures in case of attempted fraud of this Campaign, system abuse, or any other actions that could affect the image or costs associated with this Campaign.
11.4. If any provision of these Official Rules is declared null and void, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable to the extent that they can produce legal effects without the invalid provisions. To the extent possible, any invalid clause shall be replaced with a legally valid and reasonable provision that best fulfills the original purpose of the invalidated clause.
11.5. These Rules have been concluded today, December 4, 2025.
